MS Meet Volunteers
Hebron XC is hosting three middle school cross country meets at Five Star this season, and we need parent volunteers to help with setup, scoring, course monitoring and the finish chute.
Meet Dates: November 4, November 11 & December 2
Volunteer arrival: 3:30-4:00 PM
Races begin: 4:30 PM

LISD uses VOLY, a volunteer management system, to post volunteer opportunities and find volunteers. To volunteer on one of the campuses, you will need to create a VOLY account.
LISD Board Policy requires that each volunteer undergoes a background check before working with students. You will be prompted to complete the background check during your VOLY account creation process. Keep an eye on your inbox for your background check approval (the process can take up to 2-3 weeks).
Who should apply?
Anyone serving in campus buildings or at district sanctioned events before, during, or after school hours, including:
○ Booster organization officers
○ Fundraising event helpers (concessions workers, etc.)
○ Game, contest event or trip helpers
○ Chaperones and truck drivers
○ Student support (food prep/delivery, uniforms, equipment/logistics, etc.)
