You have to complete this step before you can sign up for any volunteer opportunities listed in this page.
LISD uses VOLY, a volunteer management system, to post volunteer opportunities and find volunteers. To volunteer on one of our campuses, you will need to create a VOLY account by visiting lewisvilleisd.voly.org. (Please note: do not use Internet Explorer as your browser when using VOLY.) VOLY will send you customized e-mails with opportunities that may interest you for volunteering.
LISD Board Policy requires that each volunteer undergoes a background check before working with students. You will be prompted to complete the background check during your VOLY account creation process. Keep an eye on your inbox for your background check approval (the process can take up to 2-3 weeks). Once approved, you will be able to sign up directly for volunteer opportunities through the VOLY platform!
2026 Hebron Hawk Invitational Volunteers
Before you can sign up, you have to create a volunteer account at Voly (see above).
The Hebron Hawk Invitational is our home meet at Hebron High School on Friday, August 21, 2026. Our goal is to host a successful meet that will be recognized as a premiere event bringing elite competitors.

2026 Middle School Cross Country Volunteers
Before you can sign up, you have to create a volunteer account at Voly (see above).
We need volunteers to help with our upcoming Middle School Meets. The athletes help coach on the cross country but we need adult volunteers to help out in the concession stand and at the gate.
Please sign up for 1 or more 2 hour shifts to help out. This is a great way to support future Hawk athletes!
