Summer Camps

Hebron Cross Country and Track & Field camps designed for students of all abilities. All events take place at the Hebron High School Track facilities.

May 27-30, 2025

- Cross Country/Distance Camps: 7-9am

- Focus: Fundamentals of distance running; running mechanics; 400M to 5K training groups; nutrition

- Eligibility: incoming 1st-9th graders

- Cost: $100 (Venmo: Victoria N Edwards or mail to Chance Edwards at 6417 Wexley Ln, The Colony, TX 75056)

May 27-30, 2025 

- Track/Speed Camp: 9:30-11:30am

- Focus: Spring mechanics; weight training; blocks/relays; 100M to 800M training groups; sprint progression

- Eligibility: incoming 1st-9th graders 

- Cost: $100 (Venmo: Victoria N Edwards or mail to Chance Edwards at 6417 Wexley Ln, The Colony, TX 75056)
